Parental Controls Apps and Alternatives

Parental controls allow parents to restrict their children when they are using a Mac by settings filters and restrictions.

These restrictions refer to the amount of time a kid can access the computer, to the apps that can be launched or to the type of websites that can be opened.

Parental controls are integrated within protection suites, and, although they come with several default settings, they wil have to be configured according to every parent's needs.

Adults will have the option to restrict access to all parental control settings using a password.
