Open VOB Files

A VOB file is a movie data files from a DVD disc, that is usually stored in the VIDEO_TS folder

VOBs may contain video, audio, subtitle files, and interactive menus. Even though the VOB format is based on MPEG format, it has several limitations.

In order to open and play VOB files, users often use DVD player apps. However, there are also numerous other applications that can process and open VOB files as separate videos.

Some VOB players will also allow their users to convert VOB files to other formats, so that they can be watched on portable devices or on cell phones.
