What's new in CModTool 1.0.4

• Minor internal updates carried over from Celestia
• Generate normals option renamed to "Regenerate normals" to more accurately reflect what it does.
• Weld vertices is now only selectable if Regenerate normals is also selected. (Internally, CModTool was always silently ignoring the Weld vertices setting unless Generate normals was selected)
