Open MNG Files

MNG (short for Multiple Network Graphic) is a raster image file format that comes with support for graphic animation. MNG was developed as an optimized version of PNG and it was enhanced by adding indexed colors and animation capability.

Although MNG image files are quite similar to GIFs, they also feature multi-level transparency and an increased graphic compression algorithm.

In order to open their MNG image files, users will need to find and use a specialized graphic viewer that comes with support for this particular image format.
