Make FLI Files

The FLI format was created by Autodesk and is typically used to store animation data. FLI closely resembles the animated GIF file format.

To create their own FLI animation files, they will have to choose and use a graphic app capable of exporting this particular image format.

Some of these apps will also allow their users to perform various basic editing actions onto the source FLI files (e.g. rotate, crop or adjust brightness and color).
