Make FLC Files

The FLC format was Initially developed by Autodesk and is typically used to store animation data. FLC closely resembles the animated GIF file format.

If users want to create their own FLC files, they will have to find and use a graphic app capable of exporting this specific image format.

Some of these apps will also offer their users the option to perform various basic editing onto the source files (e.g. rotate, crop or adjust brightness and color).
