Make DICOM Files

DICOM (short for Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) is a graphic format used to view, store, and manage medical images.

To be able to create their own DICOM files, users have to select and use a graphic converter that comes with built-in support for this particular image format.

Some of these apps will also allow their users to perform various basic editing onto the source image files, such as rotating, cropping or adjusting brightness and color.
