Make DCM Files

DCM (standing for DICOM, an acronym for Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) is an image file format used to store, view and manage medical images.

To create their own DCM files, users will need to find and use a graphic converter that features built-in support for this specific image format.

Some of these apps will also offer their users the option to perform various basic editing onto the source image files, such as crop, rotate, or adjust brightness and color.
