Create e-Book Files

E-book is the term used for electronic books and it is used to define the virtual version of a book, regardless of its contents.

Since there are a lot of portable devices that come with built-in support for e-book reading, users can either download an e-book from dedicated sites or they can design their own e-books using e-Book creator apps.

When making a custom e-book, one has to take into consideration the target device and choose an application capable of creating ePub files, Mobipocket or othe formats compatible with the chosen device.

One can choose either a dedicated app for building professional-looking e-books, or convert their already existing documents (HTML, PDF, etc) to a given e-book format.
