Create PAT Files

PAT (short for Pattern) is a bitmap based graphic format that is typically used to store patterns that can be later used for making tiled backgrounds.

Since the PAT format allows users to save and store image data for background generation, some users will opt for converting their pictures to this image format for those particular purposes.

Some apps that will help users convert images to the PAT graphic format will also allow their users to perform various basic editing onto their source files, such as rotate, crop, or adjust color and brightness.
