Create FLI Files

FLI is an animation format,created by Autodesk and usually used to store animation data. FLI is very similar to the animated GIF file format.

If a user wants to create his own FLI animation, he will have to find and use a graphic application that features built-in support for exporting this specific format.

Some of these apps will also allow their users to perform various basic editing operations onto the source FLI files (e.g. crop, rotate, or adjust brightness and color).
