Create FLC Files

The FLC format was created by Autodesk and is usually used to store animation data. FLC is very similar to the animated GIF file format.

When a user wants to create his own FLC file, he will need to choose and use a graphic application that has built-in support for exporting this particular image format.

Some of these applications will also allow users to perform various basic editing operations onto the source files (e.g. crop, rotate, or adjust brightness and color).
