Address Books Apps and Alternatives

Address book are a collection of contacts, where each entry has several fields, like first name, last name, full address, fax number, phone number(s), e-mail address, and so on.

Such apps help users manage their address books, allowing them to quickly add custom fields to each entry, like personal website, business phone number or birth date.

Address books support vCards, enabling users to import vCards exported from their cell phones or PDAs, so that they can be edited, organized, or deleted.
