Sothink FLV Player is a streamlined Mac OS X application that provides the required tools to play FLV files and Flash content from the web.

The lightweight and very easy-to-use application is capable to smoothly playback Flash videos from your Mac’s hard disk or web. The simple and clean interface helps you to quickly load the file or open the video link, take control over the playback, adjust the sound volume and skim through the video.

The top toolbar also helps you hide or show the built-in playlist organizer and open new files with just a few clicks of a mouse button. Once the playlist slide panel is revealed, you can add or remove files and entire folders to your playlist and rearrange the items in the list.

What is more, Sothink FLV Player allows you to effortlessly resize the main window and check the current zoom level every time you hove the cursor above the playback area. You can enable the fullscreen mode and enjoy the video without any other distractions.

While in fullscreen more, you can play and pause the file, jump to different parts in the video and adjust the sound volume from the auto-hiding bottom toolbar. You can also view the length of the video and how much of the footage you managed to watch.

The Preferences window helps you enable the continuos playback along with the repeat feature and configure Sothink FLV Player to automatically display the playlist when the app starts. Despite the fact that Sothink FLV Player is light on features, we appreciated the simplicity of the application as we played various FLV files from our collection.
