iRest is a versatile macOS application designed to reduce the strain in your eyes when working for hours on end on your computer. What is interesting about iRest that it knows when you need a rest by detecting the your keystroke behavior and mouse usage, unlike other apps.

Depending on the user configuration, iRest displays a colored animation on your screen for 10 seconds when you need to give your eyes a well deserved rest. It can also optionally play Apple sound effects, camera beeps or your own sound files during the animation.
