Swingdo For Mac

Swingdo is a minimalist macOS utility that helps you connect to various accounts and keep track of your todo list with minimal effort.

The Swingdo utility comes with companion apps for Windows and iOS, and even provides a Chome web extension, so you should be able to manage your tasks with the same ease regardless of the device you are using.

Worth mentioning is that Swingdo does not make you register for a new account: it simply connects to already existing ones and helps you manage the tasks and events associated with each one.

Swingdo is able to work with Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Office 365, Yahoo, Yahoo Japan, Docomo, SoftBank, au, and Twitter. You have to authorize the app to control these accounts, but keep in mind that you can easily revoke the access at any time.

Within the Swingdo main window, you get to see a list with all your calendar events, while the utility automatically generates todo events. To help you get started, Swingdo includes a couple of todo items that explain how you can perform certain tasks.

Naturally, you can also manually add tasks to the todo list: you must provide a title, the due date, duration, location, and a text memo if necessary. All this information can be previewed at any time, and even edited if necessary.

Moreover, Swingdo can detect emails that require a reply and automatically generates a new todo entry.

Swingdo connects to multiple accounts and arranges upcoming events and tasks in its main window based on their due date. This way, the utility offers you the possibility to see everything that you need to do without switching between various apps.
