Quicksand is a very easy to use status bar menu application that monitors your recently used files. This way you will have a folder that keeps a copy of the latest files you are working on.
If you place the Quicksand folder in your cloud storage directory you will be able to access your most recent files from virtually anywhere. Quicksand will sync up to 15 most recent files.
