QuickSync For Mac

QuickSync is designed to help you create a connection between your Gigaset handset or desktop phone and your Mac. The utility can be used to synchronize the contacts database, to transfer image or audio files, or to update the phone’s firmware.

Right off the bat, QuickSync prompts you for the country and area code before scanning your network for compatible devices. The utility is able to connect to your phone via Bluetooth or USB cable.

For your convenience, QuickSync will display a list that contains all available devices and you can test the device and then choose to connect if everything goes smoothly.

If a particular phone is not included in the list, you can easily scan for available Bluetooth connections again.

Note that QuickSync can also connect to the phone device through the LAN as long as you provide the station’s IP address. The app can work with both the IPv4 and IPv6 protocols.

Once the connection is established, QuickSync can synchronize your contacts database and transfer ringtones, screensavers, images, and more. You can upload any Quicktime supported audio format, but the app will automatically convert the files to the G.722 format.

QuickSync also integrates a ringtone editor, can incorporate items in your contextual menu so you can quickly dial phone numbers on the connected device, and can automatically check for available firmware updates.

QuickSync can help you interact with the Gigaset phones from the comfort of your desktop computer and helps you synchronize contacts, download or upload media files, or dial phone numbers with ease.
