PdfTrick For Mac

PdfTrick is a streamlined and easy to use, cross-platform application that makes it simple for you to extract one or multiple images from PDF files.

Apart from Java, the software doesn’t require any kind of installation process in order to get it started. Being Java based, it’s no surprise that PdfTrick’s interface doesn’t quite compare with native OS X apps  when it comes feel and smoothness.

That being said, despite its non-native interface, the application proved itself to be very fast and user-friendly. In order to take advantage of what PdfTrick has to offer, you must first load one or multiple PDF files.

This can easily be done from the File menu by clicking the “Open” option, with the help of the “CMD + O” hotkey, or by simply dragging and dropping the PDF files onto PdfTrick’s left side panel.

Once the files are loaded, PdfTrick will display a list with all the PDF’s pages on the left panel and all the pictures within the PDF in question, on the middle panel. In order to extract photos from your PDFs, you must  select one or multiple images and simply click the “GET IMG” button from the app’s upper right corner.

By pressing the “CANCEL” button, you can discard all loaded PDF files from  PdfTrick’s interface, while the “CLEAN” feature enables you manually remove selected photos.
