Clipboard managers like PastePal were designed to do just that. Anything you copy to the clipboard will be saved and can be accessed from other Macs, your iPhone, and your iPad. Content can be organized and transformed, and everything can be handled with simple shortcuts.

You can install PastePal on all of these devices and, provided you have purchased the Premium upgrade, you can sync everything between them via iCloud. The app has a similar UI on all platforms, so it’s easy to switch between them.

This is a great way to make content available on all your devices with minimal effort. Just copy something to the clipboard, be it text, a URL, or an image, and you can then access it from your iPhone or iPad later.

On your Mac, PastePal is normally accessed via a panel that can be moved to any of the screen edges. You can bring it up by clicking the app’s menu bar icon or with a user-defined global hotkey. The list is easy to navigate, and you can easily copy or paste content. Drag and drop is also supported.

Text, images, and URLs can be previewed in both the panel and the main window, you can process them in various ways, and items can be organized into collections. A search function helps you filter content, and certain apps can be allowed or ignored.

PastePal does pretty much everything. If you need a clipboard manager with iCloud sync that also works on mobile devices, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better one. The free version may be quite limited, but the app’s functionality is definitely worth the price of the one-time purchase.
