Note-Ify Notes offers you the possibility to quickly write down notes and use Markdown tags for the formatting. At the same time, you can also either organize the entries into multiple folders or assign them different color labels.

For your convenience, Note-Ify Notes comes with a status bar menulet that enables you to quickly add new entries without having to go through the app’s main window. Here you can create new notes, save your entry, or launch the library window with the help of easy to remember hotkeys.

Within the Note-Ify Notes Library panel, you get to format the text by manually inserting the appropriate Markdown tags. The app includes all the supported Markdown features in the Format menu, and each option comes with a predefined hotkey that you can use to streamline the editing process.

Note-Ify Notes comes with an intuitive organization system for your notes: you get to either create separate folders and drag and drop the notes that have the same subject, or change the note’s background color and see all entries that share the same label.

Even though Note-Ify Notes seems to come with the option to add or access more color labels, the app crashed every time we tried to use the “More” button.

You cannot setup additional smart folders except the Inbox, AllNotes, and Favorites, which are included by default. This might prove problematic once your notes collection grows.

Bottom line, Note-Ify Notes offers you an organized space where you can keep track of all your ideas with ease while not compromising on formatting.

Since you are using the Markdown syntax, the content can be shared directly on various platforms or transferred to third-party apps for additional editing.
