MeisterTask is a task management utility that can help you keep track of your projects and all the associated tasks.

The MeisterTask app comes with team collaboration capabilities and allows you to invite other users to view or interact with your projects.

To start using the MeisterTask application, you must register for an account free of charge: the basic plan can be used for an unlimited time, yet you cannot use workflow automations and comes with a limited number of integrations.

However, since MeisterTask is using an online account, you will be able to sync the data to all your devices with ease: besides the desktop and mobile clients, you can also connect to the service via a web application that can be accessed through any web browser.

Within the MeisterTask main window, you can easily start new projects and begin listing the tasks that are to be performed. You also get to mark them as important, in progress, or completed.

Moreover, you can invite other users to participate in your projects, and any of them can either start working on a task or post comments, attach files, or create checklists. MeisterTask also allows you to establish a due date or associate tags.

To help you keep track of everything, MeisterTask will display real-time notifications: you can read all of them in the app’s main panel, regardless of the source project. The same area provides a task counter and helps you see only the ones that are very important.

MeisterTask helps you deal with multiple projects at the same time and manage your entire team with ease: your collaborators can both see and edit tasks while you receive a real-time notification whenever a change has been made, or you have been mentioned in a comment.

To streamline the project management procedure even more, MeisterTask can integrate with third party services such as Slack, Dropbox, Zendesk, Google Drive, or GitHub.
