LoTREC is an easy to use, handy application that can be used as a generic tableau theorem prover for modal logic.
It can be used to analyze, test and create new tableau method implementations. LoTREC is written in the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.

- stop, pause/resume mode were introduced to give the user more control during the tableaux construction. Thus, endless loops, that may be raised from unpredicted behavior of some rules combinations, can be stopped manually by the user.
