iMouseFix is designed to provide an easy to use graphical user interface for Richard Bentley’s mousefix command line utility. The iMouseFix app is built almost entirely on the mousefix’s source code.
However, iMouseFix will prove to be extremely useful for users that do not like using Terminal commands: the acceleration level is modified via a simple slide bar.
iMouseFix provides two options: you can adjust the acceleration level, or you can simply disable the acceleration factor. The ultimate goal is to have a better control over your mouse and cursor.
Note that you must have iMouseFix running at all times to take advantage of its capabilities. Of course, you can easily add it to the Login items list if you do not want to launch it manually.
To add iMouseFix to the Login items list you must open the ‘System Preferences' window, go to the User & Groups panel and select your account. In the LogIn Items tab, press the Add button and navigate to the iMouseFix location on your drive.
iMouseFix is an extremely simple and intuitive application that offers you the possibility to quickly disable or adjust the mouse acceleration level in order to provide a better control over your cursor.
