Managing multiple displays on macOS is not always that simple, so any tool that can provide some assistance is more than welcome to anyone using a multi-monitor setup.

DisableMonitor, as its name suggests, is designed to allow you to disable or enable any of your connected monitors instantly, but it also helps you change their resolutions with a couple of mouse clicks.

Monitors can be enabled or disabled easily, and you can also change their resolutions by selecting one from the generated list. There is no danger of accidentally disabling all your displays, as the app provides a warning if you attempt to do this.
