Free Mac Blu-ray Player is a self-explanatory Mac OS X application that provides a playback solution for Mac users that want to watch Blu-ray discs and Blu-ray movies.

Beside playing Blu-ray discs, Free Mac Blu-ray Player is also capable to play a wide variety of video formats, from MTS, FLV, TS and MP4 to MOV, M4V, WMV, MKV, AVI and more. Thanks to the intuitive interface and menus, you can jump to the desired chapters or titles and switch between subtitles and audio tracks.

On top of that, you can capture different frames from the film and save the to a location of your choice. The bottom toolbar helps you skim through the vide, play, pause and resume the player and take snapshots with the click of a mouse button.

You can open the snapshot folder, adjust the audio volume and enable the full screen playback mode.The Controls menu helps you view all available titles and chapters, and jump to the next or previous chapter / title.

You can easily change the audio track, audio channel and audio device via the Audio menu while the Video menu enables you to adjust the size of the playback window, change the subtitle or video track and use different deinterlace modes.

Free Mac Blu-ray Player is available in English, German, French and Chinese, and you can change the language by accessing the Tools menu. From here, you could change the skin, but Free Mac Blu-ray Player only comes with a single interface theme.

The Preferences window allows you to set the default snapshot folder, set the screenshot format and change the update settings.
