pfcalc is a free and command line based utility that will allow you to compute pressure loss using the Darcy-Weisbach equation.
How to install and run: Unarchive, open a Terminal window, go into pfcalc's folder and run the following commands from the command line:
./configure make sudo make install pfcalc
