MsgFiler For Mac

Organizing your inbox can take a fair share of your time, especially if you are receiving large amounts of emails daily. MsgFiler is an easy to use Mac app designed to streamline the process by allowing you to use hotkeys to move messages around.

MsgFiler is working together with your Mail app and its search window will appear next to the email client. By using the MsgFiler search bar, you can find all the mailboxes set up in your mail client, without having to type the entire name.

To get started with MsgFiler, launch the Mail app, select an email, search the target inbox in the MsgFiler search bar and press the return key: MsgFiler will automatically move your message. Since in the Mail.app a new message will be selected automatically, the whole process can be performed only by using the keyboard.

Keep in mind that MsgFiler provides support for multiple types of email filing actions: via the search window contextual menu you can access all of them (some also have hotkeys assigned to them). At the same time, you can change the default action via the MsgFiler Preferences window.

The MsgFiler developers also provide a MsgFiler Engine Apple Mail plug-in that can be integrated into your email client in order to speed up the messages loading process, especially when working on remote IMAP accounts. However, the plug-in installation is completely optional.

The MsgFiler search window can be activated by using a keyboard shortcut and, via the app’s Preferences window, you get the opportunity to set up your own hotkey. The same area provides further personalization options related both to the search and the filing processes.

MsgFiler is proposing an extremely intuitive solution for managing email accounts that are getting a large number of messages on a daily basis.
