Manageyum is a straightforward desktop application that enables you to access numerous web services without juggling with multiple utilities or having to rely on a full-featured web browser.

The Manageyum app comes with an extensive list of supported web apps but keep in mind that you also need to login using your credentials and authorize the app to manage your accounts in each case.

Right off the bat, Manageyum presents you with the list of web services that can be managed through the app. At the moment, the list includes Asana, Basecamp, Bitbucket, Closedotio, Confluence, Evernote, Freshdesk, Github, Gitter, Gmail, Hipchat, Facebook, Whatsapp, and so on.

Just click on the corresponding icon, set a custom name for the connection to make it more easily recognizable, and decide if you want the notifications active or not.

Once you press the Add button, Manageyum will open a new tab for the respective service, and you need to start the login process, just like you would to in any web browser.

The Manageyum Home tab will keep an overview of your activity, but otherwise, you need to navigate through the respective tabs to interact with all the configured services. The app comes with hotkeys for reloading the tabs content, and to jump to the next or previous tab.

The best part is that Manageyum considers each tab separately, which means that you can connect to multiple accounts for the same service, without having them interfering with each other.

Manageyum will keep you logged into your accounts between sessions, so you don’t have to constantly provide your credentials.

Bottom line, Manageyum eliminates the need of installing standalone applications developed to work with various online services and don’t in all cases support working with multiple accounts.

Manageyum keeps everything organized into tabs, and you get to switch through them with a mouse click or by relying on hotkeys. What’s more, the app is also able to deliver desktop notifications so that you can stay on top of everything.
