The Virtual Network Computing (VNC) technology is extremely useful if you need to remotely connect and control another workstation. JollysFastVNC Pro is a small but powerful VNC and ARD (Apple Remote Desktop) client app that enables you to connect to any VNC server in no time.

Working with JollysFastVNC Pro is extremely easy: in the main window you are able to view a list of the VNC servers detected on your network using Bonjou, to which you can add new servers manually. The basic search bar placed on top of the window allows you to find a specific workstation in no time.

If you press the Settings button from the bottom of the main window, JollysFastVNC Pro will open a sidebar panel on the right side where you can change the server type (default, automatic, Mac, Windows, Linux or generic), the security type (default, note, SSH or SSL), the keyboard input (default, none or view only, normal, invasive and immersive) or the auto connect mode (default, manual or autoconnect).

The same area allows you to decide which transport  encoding protocols (tight low / medium / high bandwidth, zrle, zlib, hextile and rre) you want to use and change their order. Moreover, you can adjust the color depth (default, server decides, 16-bit or 32-bit), the window size (default, window or fullscreen) and the cursor visibility (default, remote, local or none).

When you connect to a certain server, JollysFastVNC Pro will prompt for the VNC connection password and, once you provide the passcode, automatically launches a window through witch you can view and interact with the remote computer’s desktop. The app also comes with a SmartZoom function that allows you to browse large desktops in small windows.

JollysFastVNC Pro delivers and extremely easy to use solution for remotely connecting to other computers by using the VNC protocol. Since the app provides built-in support for SSH tunneling, you will also be able to create secure connections.
