The Intel Unite solution for hosting meetings and distributing content is available on certain Intel devices featuring Intel Core vPro processors, including OEM mini PCs or Intel NUC-based PCs.

Once such a device is deployed to your meeting room, others can connect to meeting spaces in no time by using the Intel Unite macOS application. All the user has to do on the client side is input the six digit PIN.

The Intel Unite software solution will create a room hub, and others can connect to the meetings space wirelessly via the client application. The service is using your network, so you don’t have to deal with connecting cables or dongles.

At the same time, users get to connect to the meeting space regardless if they join via the local network or from a remote location. Note that Intel Unite comes with a Scheduled Meetings function that enables you to create and access events directly from the calendar.

Within the Intel Unite client workspace, you get to view the screens shared by other team members or choose to present your own display or the window of a particular application. You also get to use the system to share files with the other participants.

The Intel Unite app allows you to switch between presenters, make annotations in real time, and see up to four different screens at the same time. The Intel Unite network traffic is encrypted using the 256-bit SSL encryption standard, so everything is protected.

Intel Unite is a software solution that comes with selected Intel devices and offers you the possibility to organize, manage, and hold meetings without having to deal with cables or complicated setups.

Once the system is up and running, you get to use the Intel Unite client app to connect to a meeting space in no time, by merely providing a six digit PIN.
