The Email Verifier application is designed to provide outside-the-browser access to an email verification and address validation service provided by Jonah and Associates Ltd.

The Email Verifier service is account based and can be accessed through a web app, but you the desktop application eliminates the need to clutter your browser or waste resources on a fully featured web browsing solution.

Right off the bat, the Email Verifier application prompts you for your account credentials, and you need to provide them to access its interface. Note that you can register for an account free of charge, but you have to upgrade the billing plan to be able to work with mailing lists.

The service providers offer monthly plans that allow you to process a different number of email addresses, or you can opt to pay as you go and the app will calculate how much you will be charged in each case.

Within the Email Verifier user interface you can keep track of your billing plan and usage statistics, work with the real-time API or manage your account or app settings.

You get to decide how many records you get to see at the same time and specify the elements that should be removed from the lists.

In the Email Verifier Verify panel you get to manually input email addresses and use the service’s capabilities to check its validity.

The Email Verifier service is able to recognize if the address is using an invalid/inactive/parked domain, will examine the syntax, lets you know if the entry is included in the complainers database, and so on.

At the same time, you can load entire mailing lists as CSV or TXT files and Email Verifier will go through the 12 steps followed by the service: deduplication, domain, spam trap, complainers, risk, syntax, MTA, suppressed email, unbalanced delimiter, mailbox error, custom TLD, and SendEV score.

The Email Verifier application merely provides access to the web-based service with the same name that lets you clean up your mailing lists and evaluate their quality.

Once you connect to your Email Verifier account, you can either load individual addresses or entire mailing lists and rely on the service to check the validity of each entry.
