Send Anywhere for Chrome integrates with your web browser and offers you the possibility to share images, PDFs, or any file by using the send-anywhere.com servers.

The data will be stored on the server for seven days and, in the Send Anywhere for Chrome panel, you get to see the list of items that you have uploaded to the cloud. You can grab the link to the file or share it by email or social media without leaving the browser.

To deploy the Send Anywhere for Chrome add-on just navigate to the associated Chrome Store entry in the host application and press the “Add to Chrome” button placed on the page.

By clicking on the Send Anywhere for Chrome button placed next to the address bar you get access to the extension’s panel where you can share any file with simple drag and drop actions.

Note that Send Anywhere for Chrome also integrates upload options in the image files contextual menu, in the Chrome PDF viewer, in the Gmail Compose panel, and in the Slack web application.

Send Anywhere for Chrome will automatically upload the files to the server and the service will keep them in the cloud for up to 7 days. Moreover, you cannot upload files that exceed the 10GB limit.

You can copy the link to each file to your clipboard or use the built-in sharing options and send the link by email or post it on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or LinkenIn.

At the same time, if you input a key in the Send Anywhere for Chrome panel, the add-on will start downloading the associated file, and you can monitor the transfer in real time. The extension will output the files in your default Download folder.

Since the Send Anywhere for Chrome panel acts as a separate window, you get to interact with the file sharing service and download or upload files without interrupting your browsing sessions.

At the same time, Send Anywhere for Chrome integrates into the web browser’s contextual menus and in the Gmail and Slack online services to deliver an even more streamlined experience whenever you need to share files that go up to 10GB.
