Mail Stationery Smart (formerly known as Stationery Smart) is an extensive collection of templates for Apple Mail designed for a variety of purposes. The app comes with a simple to navigate user interface and some of the templates support extra design variations, color and themes.

Browsing through templates is a walk in the park thanks to the straightforward main window that includes a pane which hosts all the template categories: basic, bright, business, casual, business formal, daily, greetings, invitations and photos.

In the central area of the user interface, you can browse all the 106 templates using resizable thumbnails. Moreover, a toolbar at the bottom of the window provides the slider to adjust the thumbnail size, to save the stationery and to open the selected template in Mail.

As mentioned before, some templates support additional variations in terms of design and color themes. Up to 8 extra themes can be previewed in a transparent overlay window that shows the entire template in a smaller size, though.

Another advantage of using Mail Stationery Smart is that you are allowed to edit almost every element of the predefined templates. Thus, you can adjust and resize objects, change formatting and style and add your own pictures in placeholders, of course.
