StarTych For Mac

StarTych is a simple and very easy-to-use application that provides a simple and practical solution to Mac users that want to frame up to three different pictures in the same frame.

StarTych comes with a minimalistic and user-friendly interface form where you can easily and effortlessly add your pictures. The bottom panel helps you choose your border color via the Color picker and switch the orientation from landscape to portrait with just a few mouse clicks.

You can adjust the width of the outer and inner border by moving their slider to the desired percentile value. On top of that, you can create your own frame Presets and reuse them every time you want.

The Presets slide sheet helps you add, remove or edit existing presets according to your needs and preferences. Once your image or images are loaded you can start customizing the border and make the necessary adjustments.

What is more, StarTych allows you to change the first, second or third image and remove one of the provided pictures at any given point. StarTych also offers a live preview of your bordered photo, diptych or triptych, fact that allows you to view how your changes will influence the final result. When you are happy with the created frame, you can easily click on the “Save” button to export your design to a location of your choice.

Unfortunately, StarTych allows you to frame only three images at the same time, fact that can make prospective buyers think twice before purchasing the app. Moreover, the developer does not provide a list with all support image formats.

As it is, StarTych is a light application that promises to help you create diptychs and triptychs using the desired border width and color.
