Penrose Tile Editor is an application that allows you to change the shape of Penrose tiles.
You can click on any prototile edge and drag to create a new vertex. You can also use the four sliders situated at the bottom of the screen to change the tile shape
Penrose Tile Editor is written in the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
