Mattericon For Mac

Mattericon offers you the possibility to browse the Google Material Icons collection outside the browser. You can also save the images to your Mac using either the SVG or PNG file format.

Within the Mattericon main window, you can easily visualize all the icons posted on the Google Material Icons website without having to clutter your web browser.

For your convenience, Mattericon also keeps the icons organized by category: action, alert, AV, communication, content, device, editor, file, hardware, image, maps, navigation, notification, places, social, toggle.

Mattericon comes with a simple search tool that enables you to find icons by name: the results list will also keep the entries organized by category. The app will highlight the query keyword in the icon’s name.

In the bottom area or the Mattericon main window, via simple drop-down menus, you can easily choose the icons color (black or white), the output format (SVG or PNG), and the image size when exporting (18dp, 24dp, 36dp, or 48dp).

Once you find an icon that you like, all you have to do is drag and drop the image from the Mattericon window to your drive. The utility will automatically save the icon as an SVG or PNG file on your Mac, and you can use it in third party apps.

Note that Mattericon also offers you the possibility to save the Material font to your Mac.
