ImageXY is a simple and intuitive application specially designed to help you batch resize a large number of pictures in just a couple of seconds. All you have to do is to drag and drop photos from Finder or iPhoto, choose the desired resize profile and click “Resize”.

ImageXY is also capable to automatically find all images within a given folder or drive. Hence, you can drag and drop folders or entire drives onto ImageXY’s main window without having to manually find and select the images you want to resize.

By accessing the “Resize to” pop-up menu, you can choose one of the pre-defined or custom resize profiles. ImageXY offers presets for Tumblr, Facebook, Email, Web, Blog and Avatar. You can create your own presets, name them and type in the width and height of the output picture. You can type in pixel values or use the percent values to scale your images.

ImageXY can save your images in the original format or convert them to one of the following image formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, BMP, PSD, TGA and PDF. On top of that, you can set the image quality to Low, Medium, High, Very High and Best.
