Home Design 3D For Mac

Home Design 3D is designed to help you create floor plans and 3D representations for your rooms, apartment, office, or any other location you want to redecorate. This way you get to experiment with the space from the comfort of your Mac, before actually getting to work.

Within the Home Design 3D canvas area, you get to easily draw the floorplan for your location and choose the materials used for the walls, specify the position of your doors and windows, and so on.

Note that Home Design 3D comes with a built-in collection of doors, windows, stairs, and openings. The rooms can be decorated using the predefined tables, seats, beds, storage units, washroom items, lighting objects, carpets and curtains, and so on.

Home Design 3D offers you the possibility to quickly switch between the 2D and 3D view of your design, which means that you can explore the plan and preview how things would look when you make a particular change.

Since Home Design 3D offers you the possibility to use the real size of the walls or objects in your representation, the result should reflect the reality quite accurately.

Note that when in 3D mode, Home Design 3D grants access to the list of materials and paints and enables you to change the texture, material, or color of a particular wall or floor with a simple drag and drop.

Home Design 3D enables you to quickly create a representation of your home or office and experiment with rearranging the furniture or changing the paint color until you find the best match.

The developers offer a collection of video tutorials on how to use the app, but Home Design 3D does not come with an exhaustive documentation. Some of the basic functions are presented in the built-in Info panel while several issues are cleared out on the app’s support page.

On the other hand, a major drawback is the fact that Home Design 3D does not integrate any exporting or backup options for your project files.
