The UI needs no explanation, so we’ll get right to how the app works. To select a color from anywhere on your desktop, you just have to click the color field in the main window and then drag the mouse to the right spot. The magnifier can help you select the exact pixel you’re interested in.

The most recent five colors you have picked will be displayed in a band at the bottom of the window. If you need one of them again, just click it to grab the color code.

After picking a color and tweaking it, you can send the code to the clipboard by just clicking it. If you hold down the mouse button, you can also select a different color format.

What’s more, you can copy the color to the clipboard by just using the ⌘C hotkey while the window is highlighted. If a color code is already in the clipboard, you can send it to Couleurs with ⌘V.
