The When Pigs Fly storyline is quite simple: Penelope Pig always wanted to fly so she built herself a pair of wings. Now she runs over the hills to use the momentum given by going downhill really fast to actually start flying. Of course, gravity always brings her down, but it’s your task to help her go up again and again.

The game controls are quite simple since all you have to do is press your mouse button: Penelope Pig runs continuously but you must keep the left button of your mouse pressed when she goes downhill to help her gather momentum. When she starts going uphill, simply release the button and Penelope will start flying.

However, the hills are full of alligators so, to help Penelope get passed them, you must double click your mouse: this will help her jump over the alligators. In her journey, Penelope also finds gumdrops which she can collect (they improve your score), so if she is flying, simply click your mouse to stop her and collect the treats.

You are able to view your current score on top of the When Pigs Fly main window and you can easily disable the music or the sound effects from the top left corner of the window.
