PikaBot For Mac

PikaBot is designed to be a standalone client for the PokemonGo-Bot project that allows you to modify your GPS configuration and explore new locations for Pokemon related places.

Within the PikaBot main window you get to login using your Google account or PTC, manually change the location coordinates, adjust the walk speed, provide a personal Google Maps API key, or choose to use an encrypt file.

Before being able to use the tool, you need to make sure the encrypt.so library is stored into the gofbot folder. To deal with this task, you will have to employ the command line.

Just launch the Terminal application and use the following command to download the library to your desktop:

wget http://pgoapi.com/pgoencrypt.tar.gz && tar -xf pgoencrypt.tar.gz && cd pgoencrypt/src/ && make

The next step is to rename the downloaded file by using the following command (just run it in the Terminal):

mv libencrypt.so encrypt.so

Lastly, you must move the encrypt.so file into the appropriate location with the following command:

cp encrypt.so ~/Desktop/PikaBot.app/Contents/Resources/app/gofbot/

Note that for the last command to work the PikaBot app has to be placed in your Desktop folder. Otherwise, you must update the path to the gofbot folder accordingly.

Within the PikaBot main window, you get to see the bot’s trail and review all the events in the log. The account’s information panel allows you to view your overall progress or data for the current session.

You can see where you are headed next and review your statistics: level, Pokemon encountered/caught/evolved, Pokeballs thrown, eggs hatched, PokeStops visited, kilometers walked, and so on.

PikaBot comes with an inventory viewer, allows you to see the name of each Pokemon you have caught, and offers you the possibility to explore the PokeDex.

Moreover, the bot can search for and catch Pokemon, can determine on its own which ball should be used, can exchange or evolve Pokemon, can hatch or incubate eggs, and much more.

Bottom line, PikaBot offers you the possibility to increase your Pokemon Go level and explore new locations by changing your GPS configuration.

The PikaBot bot will move the character on the map, catch Pokemon using the appropriate balls, hatch and incubate eggs and much more, while you are merely monitoring its movement on the map.
