Offworld For Mac

Offworld is a mid-air brawler in which you must pick a side and use your skills to destroy all other enemy ships. Keep in mind that Offworld is a single player game, so all the other aircrafts are controlled by the computer.

Offworld features two different teams: the Royals, which have red banners, while the Ninjas use blue ones. The battle takes place in a 3D world featuring floating islands, and the entire game is featuring Asian styled designs.

The next step is to choose your aircraft type (helicopter, fighter, or destroyer), the weapons you want to use on longshot, and the shotgun model. You can quickly toggle the soundtrack, or invert the axis.

The Offworld gameplay is not precisely fast paced, but you are still in for some decent air fighting.

Use your strategical thinking to move your ship in a position of advantage and shoot everything that moves, or stay with your team's aircrafts to take advantage of their protection.

Of course, the tactics you should apply are greatly influenced by the aircraft type: the ones that are more agile have a lower health, while the heavy destroyers move around a lot slower.

However, the ships prove to be easy to control even by inexperienced players, and you get to make some damage even if you are not very good at aiming.

The Offworld project started as a project among friends, and even though it is fun to play, there is room for improvement.

Probably one of the most interesting additions would be a multiplayer mode: fighting with your friends or with other online players is always a lot more challenging.
