LeoCAD is a free, open-source and platform-independent application that enables you to quickly create visual LEGO models using over 6000 pieces.
You will be able to browse and add LEGO pieces to your model, move and rotate them and create models in several steps.
Moreover, LeoCAD features a simple and intuitive GUI that includes toolbars at the top, the workspace and the panel to browse and customize the pieces.
LeoCAD is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X and Windows. Binaries for the Windows platform are available on the project's homepage.
