Acting responsible when it comes to money is a must if you are aiming for a successful financial future. MoneyWiz is an efficient application designed to help you understand what you are doing with you money.

You will be able to store information about the activity on all your accounts, create budgets that will sum up all the expenses regardless of the used account, schedule transfers and then quickly generate colorful reports.

To get started, you must define at least one account and choose one of the 5 available types: checking, cash, credit or savings. The next step is to input the current balance and then start recording transactions as they occur.

For convenience, MoneyWiz is able to import transactions from your back statements (can handle QIF, OFX, QFX and CSV files) which means that you do not have to input all the data manually.

From the MoneyWiz Preferences window you can easily manage the Expenses and Incomes categories to match your own life style. At the same time, you can select the currencies you want to use.

MoneyWiz is able to sync your database to all your devices, but keep in mind that you must register for a MoneyWiz account and that all the information will be uploaded to the MoneyWiz servers. MoneyWiz enables you to schedule income, expenses and other type of transfers, but you do not seem to be able to edit or even view them at a later time.

Last but not least, the application helps you analyze your spending patterns by quickly generating different types of reports: net worth, trends, categories, forecast, account balance, budget balance, payees and statistics.

To conclude, MoneyWiz is a modern application that helps you closely monitor your finances, no matter how many accounts you are using at the same time. The intuitive design makes the process extremely user friendly but, unfortunately, the scheduled transaction cannot be managed in any way, which can ruin all your efforts.
