Projucer For Mac

Projucer is a code editor designed to help you tap into the resources provided by the JUCE C++ framework. The utility comes with a well-organized interface, features numerous example projects, and can integrate with your ROLI account and get access to the online compiler.

The powerful JUCE capabilities can be accessed through the Projucer application that enables you to manage your projects, view and edit any included dependencies, and use the online ROLI compiler to build the apps.

Thanks to the ICE (Instant Compilation Environment) engine, Projucer is capable to display the code adjustments almost instantly. JUCE integrates support for OpenGL and 2D rendering engines.

To help you get started, Projucer comes with a collection of example projects that you get to explore. When you start a new project, Projucer can optimize the list of modules  included by default, based on the project type: GUI, animated, OpenGL, console, or audio application, audio plug-in, static or dynamic library.

Projucer offers you the possibility to specify the target platform right when you start your project: Xcode, VisualStudio, Linux Makefile, Android Studio, Android Ant Project, or Code:: Blocks (both Windows and Linux). Note that you can choose to develop for multiple platforms at the same time.

Once you switch over to the editor area, you can browse and view the files associated with the project, together with the classes and modules associated by default. Note that you can export the project for a particular platform, or you can decide to open it in the IDE.

Worth mentioning is that, once you connect to your ROLI account, Projucer can access the online compiler, and you get to see any errors and warnings in the Build panel.
