PyApp Builder (formerly known as ElRey) is a minimalist OS X utility that enables you to compile Python scripts and transform them to application packages in order to make them more accessible. During the process, PyApp Builder also helps you attach an icon to the newly created app.

PyApp Builder  comes with a minimalist user interface and features drag and drop support, so, to get started, all you have to do is release the .py file and the ICNS image you want to use for your project on top of the appropriate areas.
