Taskade For Mac

Taskade is an intuitive and cross-platform macOS application designed to help you collaborate in real-time with your colleagues or friends while creating notes, checklists, and outlines.

After logging in using an account which you can create via Taskade's first screen, the app presents you with a straightforward interface, separated into two sections, your groups on the left side and the checklists on the right.

If you need to create a new note, checklist or outline you just have to click the "New List" button in the top right corner.  Taskade enables you to start from scratch, or you can use one of the bundled templates, which cover everything from weekly task lists to project roadmaps and team review checklists.

Unfortunately, even though Taskade allows you to use templates, at the moment, it does not make it possible to save any of your lists as one for future use.

Taskade focuses on helping you create easily readable and custom looking checklists using text formatting and list styling. You can also make use of #tags to quickly find related tasks within the same list with a mouse click.

As mentioned before, Taskade also features real-time team collaboration features which means that you can start brainstorming sessions with your friends or colleagues, as well as share your lists using e-mail, various social services, or embed them on your website.

Sadly, the Taskade app does not feature support for adding file attachments to your lists, and you have no team permissions option to assign roles to your team members.

However, according to Taskade's FAQ page, a Pro version is being currently developed with most if not all of the features the standard version lacks at the moment.

All things considered, you can successfully use Taskade to make sure that you're always on track while working with your team on a project.

Besides that, Taskade is also an excellent tool to keep track of your day to day tasks, to organize your ideas in easy to read lists and to capture your thoughts in a snap.
