Planner Studio Pro For Mac

Planner Studio Pro aims to provide a calendar management solution that works for multiple users and can be accessed from multiple computers. The utility stores everything to a local database that you can backup and share with others.

Planner Studio Pro comes with a well-organized user interface that enables you to switch between the calendars associated with various user accounts. The app includes user management capabilities and also provides support for storing contact details.

Planner Studio Pro allows you to associate an email to each configured account and you can protect the information by setting a password. Note that the utility works with two types of accounts (normal and super user), which means that not everyone has access to the entire database.

Once everything is set, you can start creating events or establishing tasks and review the calendar within the Planner Studio Pro main window. You can switch between views (year, month, week, day), go back or forward in the calendar, or print the list of events for a particular period.

When adding a new task or event in the calendar view, Planner Studio Pro also enables you to associate a client or a service provider, as long as you have configured some beforehand.

The drawback is that Planner Studio Pro does not integrate importing or exporting capabilities, which means that you have to input the details in each case manually. The good news is that multiple users can share these databases.

The Planner Studio Pro calendar cannot be exported to be used with other app’s either, but you do have the option to print the appointments, customer, and suppliers lists. What’s more, you can backup the database and restore it on another workstation.

Planner Studio Pro comes with a Microsoft Office-inspired user interface and offers you the option to juggle with the schedule of multiple users in an attempt to improve the productivity level in your organization.

To make it possible to use the information on multiple computers, Planner Studio Pro saves everything to a database file but does come with built-in sharing capabilities.

What’s more, when we tried to change the default database path, Planner Studio Pro was not able to open the database file, and the utility has been rendered unusable (we have tested Planner Studio Pro on a Mac mini Server running on macOS Sierra).
