The utility is easy to install and setup in standalone mode: set the path to the folder you want to use to store your database and press the Connect button. If you decide to store the database on the network, it will be accessible from different workstations.

However, if you want to create a multiuser environment, you must have the Firebird database server installed beforehand. As a result, the main user will be able to setup additional accounts, allowing more than one person to connect to the database.
